Cured Yorkshire Pork Jowel, bay leaves, juniper, black pepper, thyme, salt.
Guanciale is similar to pancetta but is made from a different cut – pork jowel, it has wonderful creamy finish, classically used in Spaghetti Carbonara and Bucatini All’Amatriciana.
